Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in original condition that you received it, not worn, soiled or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still intact and attached.
To complete your return and exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Prior to sending goods for return, please contact Karen on 0429 627344 to discuss return.
Please ensure the goods have tracking by either a signature on delivery or a tracking number satchel. No responsibility will be taken for items sent outside these guidelines.
A return postage bag must be included for returns to be exchanged.
Exchanges are welcome if you change your mind or need to swap for a different size. The item may be sent back (return postage at your expense) and it may be replaced with an item of the same value or a credit note may be issued to use at a later date.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds are only considered when the item you purchased was faulty or not what you ordered. Refunds will not be issued if you have simply changed your mind.
Prior to sending any goods please contact Karen to discuss on 0429 627344.
Once your item is received and checked, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
